Flexible PSH Solutions, Inc. is a California 501(c)3 Not-for-Profit Public Benefit Corporation, created in 2018 to add a significant resource for the development of Permanent Supportive Housing for the chronically homeless. We provide an easily replicable, cost-effective model for the provision of services required by tenants in order to stabilize their lives and remain housed long term. Our focus is to provide a highly supportive, caring environment for our tenants, keeping them off the streets of our beloved region.
Flexible PSH Solutions is led by John E. Molloy, a thirty-plus year veteran of urban planning, housing and commercial development, economic and community development programs, and the administration, financial management, policy formulation, and political issues to their successful employment to achieve public purpose-based results. Prior to the foundation of Flexible PSH Solutions, John Molloy served as Executive Director of PATH Ventures and led the organization in the development of 12 Permanent Supportive Housing projects, totaling 1,272 units providing supportive housing and services to the (formerly) homeless of Southern California.
