Locke Lofts will be a 147-unit community for formerly homeless households at 314 North Juanita Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90004. The property will consist of 119 studio units, 18 one-bedroom units, 9 two-bedroom units, and 2 two-bedroom units for the on-site managers. All 147 supportive housing units are planned to be referred by the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) and the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) through the Coordinated Entry System(DHS). Rental subsidies for these units will be provided by the Project Based Voucher (PBV) program administered by The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) and the Department of Health Services.
