Rousseau Residences will be a 52-unit community for formerly homeless households at 316 North Juanita Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90004. The property will consist of 51 studio units and one unrestricted two-bedroom unit for the on-site manager. All fifty-one (51) supportive housing units will be referred by the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) and the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) through the Coordinated Entry System (CES). Rental subsidies for these units will be provided by the Project Based Voucher (PBV) program administered by The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) and the Department of Health Services.
