Voltaire Villas will be a 73-unit community for formerly homeless households, located at 320 North Juanita Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90004. The property will consist of 66 studio units, 5 1-bedroom units and one unrestricted two-bedroom unit for the on-site manager. All seventy-two (72) supportive housing units will be referred by the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) through their Coordinated Entry System (CES). Rental subsidies for these units will be provided by the Project Based Voucher (PBV) program administered by The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA).
